About INTC

The International College (INTC), Udon Thani Rajabhat University, was established to strengthen and centralize the University’s internationalization. UDRU began with partnerships in Vietnam and Laos, later expanding to institutions in China, Japan, Canada, and the United States through faculty exchanges, conferences, and cultural programs. The University developed initiatives such as the Certificate in Thai for Foreigners and short courses for international participants, and launched the Business English (International Program) in 2021. UDRU further established the Vietnamese Studies Center and the Silk Road Academy with Chengdu Polytechnic (China), and became an authorized HSK Testing Center with the Confucius Institute at Khon Kaen University. The University Council approved the Establishment Project of INTC in November 2023 (B.E. 2566).
